Dubai has now become the Hub of sports after having all kinds of sports being played in the state. It kicked off with soccer and football which were supposedly the most popular sports in Dubai. Six teams (Al-Wasl, Al-Shabab, Al-Ahli, Al Nasr, Dubai C.S.C and Hatta) represent Dubai in UAE League football. Al-Wasl is the second best team after AL-Ain in the U.A.E League. In the Dubai football has been like the soul of every sort fan and has been playing and hosting matches and leagues too.
Cricket is now more business after all the leagues happening all over the world then how Dubai can stay back. In 2005 ICC had shifted in Dubai which has know become a winning state for Dubai because know it has the real Hub to the game ICC itself. Dubai has been organizing events for cricket for years and teams like India, Pakistan and Siri Lanka have played many triangular series. Dubai also hosts both the annual Dubai Tennis Championships and The Legends Rock Dubai tennis tournaments. All the Big daddy of Tennis come and play the germs out of themselves to prove their passion for their sport and this platform is given by no one else but Dubai.
Dubai Desert Classic golf tournament is also another sport which is organized by the state with great enthusiasm and zeal for all the Golf craziest players. The Dubai World Championship, all of which attract sports stars from around the world. The Dubai World Cup, a thoroughbred horse race, is held annually at the Meydan Racecourse. Know that’s what you call leaving nothing but still have lot more to do Dubai. Here comes the Horse Race which fills it all. Statement from Dubai’s ruler Sheikh Mohammed bins Rashid Al Maktoum: "We will have to take an honest look at our weaknesses as well as our strengths,” Even a swimming championship by the name of FINA WORLD CUP SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIP will know be held.
